Account Manager Inside SalesLegrand has an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager Inside Sales to join the Finelite Team in Union City, CA. The position of Account Manager Inside Sales is a critical role within our organization providing sales support and superior customer service from the sale through to a successful installation of the product. The Account Manager Inside Sales also generates sales with a close partnership with our agent representatives through project collaboration and serves as the voice of Finelite, working directly with sales agents, specifiers, contractors, architects. This position is expected to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally and consistently provide superior customer service at all times.What Will You Do?Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales cycleTrack project status and maintain up to date records in the CRM and ERP systemsWork with a variety of internal and external customers to ensure seamless project execution from start to completionPartner with Outside Sales and Field Service teams to provide lighting design, pricing, and technical support before, during, and after the saleEducate customers on new products and servicesGenerate quotations based on price requests from Agents and take-offsAbility to foster innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvementsQualificationsEducation: Bachelor's Degree RequiredExperience: Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a customer service or account manager rolePreferred Skills:Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints, construction and/or architectural documents (experience with Bluebeam a plus)Strong knowledge of commercial lighting productsExceptional customer service skills and a strong customer orientationDemonstrated ability to work independently as well as in close collaboration with team membersExcellent organizational, communication and time management skillsEffectively communicate both technical and business information verbally and in writingProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with ERP or CRM systemsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesTechnical aptitude and ability to learn and apply new concepts quicklyProven ability to build and maintain business relationshipsCompany InfoAbout LegrandLegrand is the global specialist in electrical and digital building infrastructures.
