Benefits Analyst

We are looking for a Benefits Specialist for our client, a company in Mauldin SC. This is a direct hire and onsite position.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs to ensure compliance and recommend adjustments based on market trends
• Collaborate with outside providers to negotiate favorable terms for benefits programs
• Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies for organizational goals and industry benchmarks
• Ensure the accuracy of monthly premium statements, process bi-weekly payroll, and maintain precise employee records
• Collaborate with other facilities to uphold uniform corporate standards and directives

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in an analytical position
• Previous experience with analyzing benefits, retirement plans, and salary analysis
• Strong experience in Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Excel
• Experience using ADP preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Compensation:

• $70-80k, depending on experience
