Benefits Analyst

We are looking for a Benefits Specialist for our client, a company in Mauldin SC. This is a direct hire and onsite position.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs to ensure compliance and recommend adjustments based on market trends
Collaborate with outside providers to negotiate favorable terms for benefits programs
Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies for organizational goals and industry benchmarks
Ensure the accuracy of monthly premium statements, process bi-weekly payroll, and maintain precise employee records
Collaborate with other facilities to uphold uniform corporate standards and directives

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in an analytical position
Previous experience with analyzing benefits, retirement plans, and salary analysis
Strong experience in Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Excel
Experience using ADP preferred
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Compensation:
$70-80k, depending on experience
