Job Overview

After years of frustration with project after project burning way too much time and money on the same inevitable BAS issues, Enica Engineering's founding members created a new approach to delivering BAS projects that is reshaping the industry. We are looking for team members who are interested in delivering automation projects in a new, dynamic, integrated manner to avoid the pitfalls we've seen time after time with current industry project delivery methods such as: ambiguous BAS designs, wasted time on numerous controls submittal revisions, unnecessarily long Cx issues logs, problems at turn-over, excessive energy consumption, and so on.

If you are interested in combining engineering principles with practical automation system delivery methods to optimize system performance, we'd like to discuss the opportunity to manage meaningful, industry changing projects with you. Types of projects you would be responsible for range from major multi-year energy optimization projects in large facilities with 7-figure annual energy consumption costs to smaller projects involving critical environmental controls with strict environmental performance requirements.

About Enica Engineering

We are an engineering firm whose services and value revolve around our industry-leading controls expertise and our unique hands-on project delivery approach. We offer a full life-cycle range of services from project development, HVAC/BAS control system design, Control System Optimization™, project integration, commissioning, and field engineering services.

We primarily service clients in the biotech, pharma, higher education, and hospital industries who own and operate multiple facilities in their portfolio that require properly functioning control systems to maintain critical operation and achieve energy savings.

  • Managing and delivering high quality BAS Projects on time and under budget
  • Managing a team of high-performing engineering professionals
  • Continuous self-improvement and desire to grow into senior management positions as the company grows

Experience in the following areas:
  • 8 to 10+ years of experience with BAS project delivery, BAS engineering, MEP design, commissioning, retro-commissioning, or building energy projects.
  • Professional Engineer license and other industry accreditations are beneficial but not a must.
