Role Overview: As the Plant Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in our organization by overseeing the implementation and execution of quality procedures and standards. You will lead a talented team, collaborate closely with operations and technical teams, and drive initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.



Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to quality procedures and standards to meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
  • Develop and mentor the quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Partner with the Operations Manager to standardize quality practices and procedures across the plant.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Quality and Technology teams to identify priorities, develop effective quality tools, and resolve quality issues promptly.
  • Work closely with the leadership to introduce new formulas into manufacturing and drive quality improvement initiatives.
  • Lead efforts to introduce and implement new formulas, technologies, and manufacturing processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality results and exceed established standards.




Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field preferred, will consider years of experience in lieu of degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within manufacturing
