Our engaging and rewarding environment is designed to help you gain your full potential.The role of Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) exists to provide insights into business trends and performance to the senior leadership of Rewards Network, affording effective decision making and strategic planning. Through analysis, modeling, and communication, the Manager of FP&A will be expected to work closely with senior leaders across the business to deliver insights that matter notably so during our annual planning cycle, but also on a continual basis as we deliver disruptive value affording Rewards Network's evolution into the future.This is a hybrid position with in office 3 days a week in our Chicago Headquarters.What You'll Bring To The Table: (Responsibilities)Partner with Sr. Director of Finance in ownership of Rewards Network's financial modelLead annual financial planning process with departmental directors and managersOwn management and financial reporting assets and processesPerform ad hoc modeling and analysisProvide team leadership and support the development of financial staffAnalyze financial results and key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesPrepare and present financial forecasts and variance analyses to senior leadershipSupport strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and scenario modelingCollaborate cross-functionally to gather business intelligence and ensure alignment of financial plans with company objectivesContinuously improve financial planning processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracyEnsure compliance with internal controls and company policies related to financial planning and reportingDo You Have The Right Mix Of Ingredients: (Requirements)Advanced corporate finance knowledge and analytical skillsStrong interest and skills with modeling and analysis, with a demonstrated history of success in bothAdvanced in Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExpertise in financial modeling and scenario analysisExperience in developing team members, leadership experience a plusAbility to collaborate cross-functionally and align financial plans with business objectivesStrong understanding of internal controls and compliance in financial reportingContinuous improvement mindset for financial planning processes and toolsBachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, or Economics4+ years of experience in corporate finance or financial analysisCPA or Master of Science in Accounting a plusWhat You'll Love About UsComprehensive benefits package, which includes:This is a full time, exempt position, and the base compensation for this opening in Chicago is expected to be $110,000-$135,000 annualized, depending on level, candidate experience, skills and other factors.
