Health Provider Consulting ManagerAs a Sr. Consulting Manager, you will make an impact by driving client engagement, leading teams, and delivering contextual solutions that address complex business challenges. You will be a valued member of our consulting team and work collaboratively with clients, your primary team, and other stakeholders. In this role, you will:Manages and directs a small-to-medium team of consultants through client engagement, analysis, business case development, and the development of focused and contextual solutionsAligns functional industry expertise to consulting engagement requirementsManages escalations, and balances responsiveness to clients with good use of resourcesEnsures the appropriate alignment of team activities to priorities, and the efficient application of time and resources to common goalsMonitors and addresses team capability or experience gaps to ensure responsiveness to engagement opportunitiesWhen needed, actively participates in client workshops, support of business analysis interviews, and the development of compelling business casesMonitors and supervises the daily activities of project staff, including consulting and non-consulting team membersLeads communications with project stakeholders, including status reporting, priority setting, and timely issue resolutionReviews project deliverables from the perspective of QA, and actively seeks out stakeholder feedback to identify areas for improvementParticipates in project post-mortems to extract lessons learned and to identify potential intellectual property for repurposingEnsures client validation and documentation of project success as the basis both for enduring client relationships and repeat businessWork Model: We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.What you need to have to be considered:2+ years of Digital Technology (Business or Technical Consultative) team lead experience, and client management responsibilities6-8 years of consulting experience as an industry practitioner within a relevant vertical industryManagement Consulting experience, preferably with top consulting firmsStrong background in Healthcare industry, including health plans, claims, and provider operationsProject management and people management experienceExcellent communication skills, including creating and presenting professional PowerPoint presentations to stakeholdersExposure to technology-driven projects and digital transformation initiativesDeep understanding of payer functions and Medicaid plan implementations, including enrollment, billing, claims, care management, member portal, shopper tools, etc.These will help you stand out:5+ years as a Digital Technology (business or technical consultative) team leadExperience coordinating workstreams in multi-team projects using an onsite/offshore modelWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
