One of the most important responsibilities is to keep the job site safe and clean. The ability to follow directions, learn new skills, and good attention to detail is a must. We take great pride in our work and are looking for like-minded Crew Members to deliver quality products for our Customers.Some heavy lifting and operating small power tools are also a requirement for the position. Experience in concrete or drywall is a plus, but not required.ResponsibilitiesArrives on time and works efficientlyHas a good sense of urgency while paying attention to detailHeavy lifting up to 60 lbsUse of small power tools such as hand grinders and drillsKeeps the job site safe and cleanCleans all tools to keep them in good working orderHas the stamina to complete a full workday for job completionQualificationsExperience with concrete or drywall is a plus but not requiredWorks well with peopleDetail-oriented with good organizational skillsHard-working self-starter who is highly motivatedTakes direction well to learn and grow their skillsJoin our Softroc team and become part of the solution to every property owner's surfacing dilemma.Softroc prides itself as the market leader in poured-in-place rubber safety surfacing.
