Style Crest is currently looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Analyst / Systems Engineer. This role is responsible for the administration and management of all servers and networks within the Style Crest organization. Key responsibilities include software/hardware troubleshooting, incident resolution, network security, operating system maintenance, performance monitoring, and on-call support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform required software/hardware troubleshooting, patches, and software installations.
  • Deliver timely and high-quality incident resolution focusing on root cause analysis and prevention.
  • Ensure strict network security in line with security policies and audit requirements.
  • Perform operating system configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Monitor performance to identify and resolve system infrastructure problems.
  • Maintain system performance through system monitoring, analysis, and performance tuning.
  • Provide on-call support as required.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation on the network including network topology/diagrams, backup and restore procedures, security procedures, and operation/support procedures.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Exercise influence in small teams.
  • Know-How: Perform moderately difficult assignments within specific disciplines. Gain recognition for expertise within the technical discipline.
  • Teamwork: Actively contribute talents and ideas in team activities. Build relationships throughout the team and work across teams to achieve group goals.
  • Analytical Skills: Break down business processes using methodologies like process and data flow diagrams to document effectively, identify redundancies, and clarify decision points. Assess, define, and develop solutions to moderately difficult problems.
  • Autonomy: Work under general supervision with specific instructions. Regularly reviewed by a higher-level professional/supervisor.
  • Relationships: Interface frequently with middle-level management to probe and question unexpressed business needs. Communicate efficiently within customer and IT organizations to resolve issues.
  • Communication: Provide clear and detailed information to others, express oneself effectively in conversations and small groups, and share information openly and directly. Prepare reports and documentation thoroughly and clearly.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Perform assignments and moderately difficult projects, applying academic principles to assignments. Pay attention to expected results, project accurate completion dates, and determine interim steps required for larger tasks. Seek help to remove obstacles and follow defined processes. Manage work effectively.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Information Technology or relevant business experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
