Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Chief Nursing Officer. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Chief Nursing Officer and assist in various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our nursing department. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Chief Nursing Officer, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements. Assist in coordinating nursing department activities, such as staff meetings, trainings, and special events. Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the Chief Nursing Officer. Maintain accurate records and databases related to nursing department operations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field preferred. Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
