Now Hiring: Distribution Supervisor (Full-Time)We are looking for a Distribution Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced warehouse and office environment. This role ensures safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service across all distribution activities.Schedule: Full-Time | Must be available 24/7 for critical supportPay: Competitive (Based on Experience)Preferred: Bachelor's Degree | Minimum 1 Year in a Supervisory RoleBilingual (English/Spanish) PreferredKey Responsibilities:Conduct daily team huddles and enforce safety protocolsOversee inbound/outbound operations and maintain inventory accuracySupervise and coach warehouse and office staffManage performance reviews, scheduling, and labor planningEnsure SLA compliance, resolve escalations, and support customer relationshipsMaintain documentation and reporting standardsMonitor cost control, staffing levels, and equipment utilizationQualifications:1+ year of supervisory experience in a logistics or distribution settingStrong leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsKnowledge of warehouse operations, safety standards, and inventory controlBilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferredAbility to work under pressure and manage emergenciesBenefits:Paid Vacation, Holidays & Sick TimeMedical, Dental, Vision, & Prescription Plans401(k) with Employer MatchEmployee Stock Purchase ProgramOngoing Training & Career Development
