As the Digital Project Controls Solutions Leader (Senior Manager), you'll drive growth services, implement PMCM systems, manage budgets and costs, oversee change management, and excel in schedule monitoring, analysis, forecasting, and reporting, while providing real time solutions for our clients. With a global company like Jacobs, you'll experience the thrill of transforming ideas into impactful realities and take your career to new heights.What You'll Do:Provide hands on client solutionsLead project budget/cost management (e.g., project cost and commitments tracking, project cost forecast, labor, and other direct costs monitoring)Lead the preparation of project monthly reports, weekly change management reports and the program's online dashboardDevelop and update CPM schedules in P6Use e-Builder, Unifier, Primavera P6, Oracle, Prism- Contruent, Procore, Power-BI, and Kahua, as well as Python, XML,SQL codingDevelop intuitive and informative dashboards using Excel Macro level, Databases (MS Access, SQL), XML, and Power BIManage commercial operations, with an emphasis on project controls and financial issuesParticipate in program/project progress and status review meetingsCommunicate schedule status regularly via formal and informal meetings and reportsCollaborate on new techniques and standardsApply advanced techniques and analysis independentlyPeriodic business travel will be necessaryQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent relevant work experienceMinimum 10 years of project cost controls and project/construction management experience with extensive Primavera P6 scheduling experienceExpertise in cost engineering functions, including cost estimating, cost control, change management, risk management, cost analysis and variance analysisDemonstrated digital solutions provider and client engagement abilityAbility to develop and evaluate major program cost estimates and extended budget projections to identify and quantify critical budgetary, cost, schedule, technical, and programmatic risk factorsExperience building and maintaining Primavera P6 resource loaded schedules and cost loaded schedules supporting forecasting and multi-year planningProgram Management related experienceJacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
