Summary:
As part of the Employer Brand team, the website project manager will play a key role in amplifying our brand vision and collaborate with a passionate, candidate-centric team dedicated to shipping a top-tier product.
You’ll conceptualize, project manage and lead initiatives, client’s dedicated careers site, with the mission of engaging, informing and compelling prospective and current job candidates to see client as an employer of choice.
Must-Have Skills:
Website design expertise (adjust wire frames, create content on backend, familiar with CMS)
Project management experience
UX design experience / Figma experience.
Nice-to-have Skills:
Prior people management experience (influencing role)
Experience in recruitment marketing or employer brand with career sites
PMP cert.
Years of Experience:
8+ years of experience.
Degrees/Certifications Required:
Bachelors degree
Core responsibilities:
Project manage all aspects of the careers site, utilizing PM tools/systems.
Manage and brief agency partners, enabling them to do their very best work.
Drive alignment and partner closely with cross-functional teams across client’s recruiting products vertical.
Develop measurable KPIs and track performance to provide data-backed insights to optimize current structures and find new opportunity areas.
Be the expert in client’s employer brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
Apply systems thinking to the product, whether it’s conducting audits of existing experiences or creating information architecture.
Create or contribute to high-fidelity design mockups using Figma.
Heavily collaborate with partners across disciplines, including engineering, design and marketing, to take user experiences from conception to launch.
Demonstrate sound judgment and help shape careers site narratives, along with employer brand team direction and strategy.
Independently and proactively identify and work on projects that span multiple careers site verticals.
Develop strategic creative briefs that align to the business objectives, brand strategy and goals of the employer brand team.
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of project management experience.
3+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, product management, or product design.
Experience working in a fast paced environment, thriving amidst ambiguity while ensuring executional excellence.
Experience in leading and working in matrixed teams and organizations.
A working knowledge of best practices in content design, product design and user flows.
Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Reviewing requests and responding within 5 business days (SLA)
Creating timelines and project plans for website work being taken on
Managing processes with web agency proficient
Managing content creation
Work with engineering team (they own pieces of website)
Presenting to team and leadership on site updates and brainstorming sessions.
