In this role, you will engage institutional clients with potential claims in major class action settlements, guiding them through end-to-end claim preparation, filing, and ongoing management services. You'll own the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to long-term client partnershipwhile contributing insights that help shape future market strategy and marketing initiatives. This is an opportunity to combine consultative selling, data-driven outreach, and client relationship management in a specialized and growing area of financial services. HYBRID role based at our Norfolk, VA Headquarters (3 days onsite / 2 days remote).What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field35 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship managementExperience working with or selling to Fortune 500 companiesStrong organizational, communication, time-management, and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelFamiliarity with statistics and data modeling is a plusAbility to adapt quickly, shift priorities, and execute effectively in a fast-paced environmentWhat You'll Do:Generate new revenue by building strong relationships with Fortune 500 companies and top-tier institutional clientsIdentify and develop new business opportunities through high-volume, targeted outbound outreach and effective use of CRM toolsPresent and position services by clearly articulating features, benefits, pricing, and value propositionsPrepare contracts, proposals, and client reports with accuracy and attention to detailUpsell services and manage ongoing client relationships with sensitivity and professionalismTrack all sales activity, pipeline progress, and client interactions in the CRM systemProvide feedback and recommendations to improve CRM functionality and sales processesMaintain current knowledge of active and emerging class action settlements and share insights to support marketing and media strategyAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of age, race, color, sex, gender, religion, national origin, physical or mental disability, citizenship, or any other classes recognized by state or local law or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state or local law.
