Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for establishing and sustaining customer relationships, managing chemical applications, troubleshooting, organizing deliveries, managing service teams, and scheduling/dispatching drivers.
  • Responsible for day to day operations and ensuring we are fulfilling our commitments to our customers.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to maintain large and small accounts in the region.
  • Pursue organic growth opportunities with existing customers and develop new opportunities.
  • Chemical applications proficiency for product selection and application strategies
  • Gathering fluid samples, maintain chemical pumps, manage chemical inventory
  • Proficient with MS Office software and creating reports to provide clear, concise and routine reports to demonstrate value to our customers.

 

Highly Qualified Candidates will:

 

  • Produce and present high-quality technical presentations.
  • 10+ years experience, with a track record of internal and external technical training
  • Manage bid opportunities, perform technical surveys, and prepare high-quality bid submissions.
  • Interpret data and develop recommendations to ensure we are focused on reducing our customers' OPEX, with a firm understand of ROI and how to demonstrate value
  • Demonstrate strong leadership by coaching and training others and leading without title, while developing the skills necessary to progress his/her career.
  • Strong safety culture and the ability to evangelize safety culture throughout the organization

 

 

Essential Requirements

  • Must be over 21 years of age
  • Must possess valid driver’s license and be eligible to drive a company vehicle according to insurance guidelines
  • Oil and gas experience
  • Understanding of Oil Emulsions and Treatment.
  • Commitment to safety and environmental excellence
