The Demand Supply Planner will be responsible for creating demand forecasts, and translate the forecasted demand into an executable supply plan. Supply Chain Demand Planner - Key Functions

  • Demand Forecasting: Create accurate demand forecasts, and continuously adapt demand plans based on changes in the forecast, production, market, and business strategies.
  • Forecasting and ERP Management: Design and maintain accurate forecasts in ERP systems, ensuring alignment with customer demands and business needs.
  • Inventory Optimization: Develop and maintain inventory plans that balance production and sales forecasts with financial strategies.
  • Supply Planning: Translate forecasted demand into actionable and efficient supply plans, ensuring alignment with production and sales forecasts.
  • SIOP and Management Reviews: Prepare and analyze data for SIOP meetings and management reviews to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Support New Product Development (NPD), Product Discontinue (EOL), and Product Change Control (CCB) processes to drive revenue and streamline transitions.
  • Process Improvement: Lead projects and meetings with stakeholders to enhance supply chain processes and drive operational efficiency.
  • Disruption Management: Identify potential supply chain disruptions and develop effective contingency plans.
  • Industry and Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with standards specific to medical devices through audits and checks.


Demand Supply Planner - Qualifications

  • Demand Planning, Supply Planning experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Supply Chain & Inventory Optimization
  • Strong Data Analysis skills
  • Proficient in planning software, ERP/MRP/DRP tools and Excel.
