Demand Planning and Inventory Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning and Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at SUCCESS KOREA. As a key member of our global retail team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing demand planning and inventory control strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts and inventory plans to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize supply chain efficiency
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform demand planning and inventory decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in demand planning and inventory control, with a strong understanding of supply chain principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business insights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in SAP and SCM systems, with experience in implementing and maintaining demand planning and inventory control processes
