Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions has a fantastic opportunity available for a skilled

administrative professional to join our team supporting the senior finance leadership team

in Trevose, Pennsylvania. This is an on-site position, Monday - Friday.


We need an individual who can leverage their exceptional organizational and communications skills

in a solutions-oriented environment you will support six locally based Finance leaders in day-

to-day operations and projects. We are moving quickly and this role is best suited for

someone who is solutions-oriented and enjoys a dynamic environment where prioritization

strong organizational skills are key to success.


Key Responsibilities:

● Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations supporting six

locally based senior Finance leaders

● Manage Finance leaders’ calendars for scheduling regular staff meetings

● Manage logistics and scheduling for large and cross-functional meetings, including

room setup and catering

● Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting for senior Finance leaders

● Draft and edit letters, reports, and other documents

● Assist with vendor Purchase Orders, invoices, goods receipts, and processing

payments, mitigating any invoice issues discrepancies

● Coordinate and manage arrangements for internal and external visitors

● Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents with high accuracy and

attention to detail

● Manage incoming and outgoing mail including scanning and cataloging incoming mail

● Maintain discretion and strict confidentiality when working with sensitive information

ensuring compliance with applicable privacy policies and regulations

● Work closely with other administrative staff

● Provide general administrative support to Finance leaders’ staff as required

● Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities


Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or a high school

diploma/GED with 5+ years of admin. work experience

● Excellent written and verbal communion skills with all levels of the organization

● Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

● Advanced computer skills including Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel

● Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures is a bonus

● Adaptability and flexibility to managing changing priorities and the ability to anticipate

issues and resolutions proactively

● Professional demeanor and outstanding customer service orientation
