Summary

ADPS is seeking a Senior Plant Commissioning Engineer for our client in Norwood, MA. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in plant commissioning and equipment validation.

Responsibilities

  • Commissioning Protocol Generation:
    • Develop non-critical commissioning protocols for each equipment and utility associated with project execution.
  • Vendor Start-Up Verification:
    • Verify and witness vendor start-ups as applicable to ensure proper installation and functionality.
  • Protocol Execution:
    • Execute non-critical commissioning protocols, ensuring all equipment and utilities meet project specifications and standards.
  • ETOP Package Verification:
    • Verify ETOP (Equipment Turnover Package) documentation for each equipment and utility outlined within the project scope.
  • Punch List Management:
    • Maintain and update the punch list item log using the Procore management system, ensuring all issues are tracked and resolved.
  • Status Reporting:
    • Provide weekly commissioning status updates and reports to project leadership, highlighting progress, issues, and any necessary corrective actions.
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills And Qualifications

  • Proven experience in plant commissioning and equipment validation.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and documentation.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools such as Procore.
  • Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required. Will consider US domestic travelers and relocation.
