This is a full-time 3 month to start contract opportunity that is onsite 5 days/week in either Hoboken, NJ or Bentonville, AR.

Associate Site Programming Manager Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering campaign requirements, curating cross-category assortment, requesting and reviewing imagery, and reviewing and editing written content
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive business objectives and influence strategies
  • Contribute to the development and planning of the editorial merchandising and site strategies for seasonal campaigns and corporate initiatives
  • Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder communications related to ecommerce experiences
  • Manage inputs from category site teams, marketing partners, stores partners, and product partners to develop a cohesive experience
  • Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
  • Promote the continuous improvement of content/commerce integrations and executions
  • Partner with Editorial Managers to plan, execute and promote supplier sponsorship opportunities for branded or native content experiences


Associate Site Programming Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent merchandising/e-commerce experience
  • 2-3 years experience managing large editorial content or ecommerce campaigns in an online creative or related digital field
  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management in an agile environment
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience in Retail, Web and/or ecommerce a strong plus
  • Proven ability to manage and lead diverse groups of individuals in a highly dynamic environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining flexibility
