The ideal candidate will manage outpatient appointment scheduling, coordinate patient and physician schedules to optimize satisfaction, and ensure accuracy in all data entry and documentation. This role involves engaging with patients over the phone, providing clear instructions, and handling pre-registration requirements efficiently. The position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with healthcare call center experience to contribute to patient care excellence in a fast-paced setting.
