Our client is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as an Epic Certified Project Manager. This pivotal role involves overseeing Epic projects encompassing new modules, upgrades, optimizations, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Epic projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to Epic’s implementation processes, including Sherlock Checklists, Orion, and NovaNotes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in presenting project updates and insights to C-Suite Senior Level executives, and escalate issues as necessary.
- Forge and maintain strong vendor relationships while overseeing vendor management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive project scoping, perform cost-benefit analyses, and facilitate meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Offer hands-on expertise in Epic implementations, optimizations, upgrades, and integrations, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve project-related challenges, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Epic certification, coupled with PMP and ScrumMaster certification.
- Preferred ITIL V3 foundation certification.
- Extensive experience in leading Epic implementations, optimizations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Proficiency in utilizing Sherlock checklists, Orion, and NovaNotes.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery within healthcare or related industries.
- Strong analytical skills, coupled with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach.
Logistics: Candidates must be located within the Southeastern region (Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Virginia).
