Description
The RN Survivorship utilizes in depth knowledge of physical assessment and management of illnesses or conditions within the registered nurse's scope of practice. This includes collaboration with other licensed health professionals such as physicians, pharmacists, and other nurses. The RN Survivorship will work directly with physicians on issues related to survivorship care plans.

Required Qualifications:
- Completion of a recognized program to obtain an RN license in the State of Washington.
- upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
- 2 years Experience in Oncology nursing.

About the Team
Providence Clinical Network (PCN) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care. Collectively, our medical groups and affiliate practices are the third largest group in the country with over 11,000 providers, 900 clinics and 30,000 caregivers.
