This role requires a strong technical leader who can earn the trust of the team by combining deep expertise in software engineering, architecture, security, and compliance with exceptional interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for further elevating the engineering org from a nimble, startup-minded team into a world-class enterprise-ready function - building the systems, culture and technical architecture that support our product roadmap and growth.Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will shape the technology roadmap, manage performance, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
