Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager New England at Yushin America, Inc. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales in the New England region. The role will involve identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing technical assistance and support, and achieving sales goals. The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with the sales team and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the plastics injection-molding industry
  • Strong knowledge of automation solutions and technology
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
