Core Responsibilities
This person will oversee the day-to-days of our skilled nursing team, and a member of our leadership team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, department oversight, field nurse management, department planning and strategies. This is a new position as the department continues to grow and company goals are to grow even more. Responsible for the quality of communications for the skilled department, along with policy implement policies. This is a full-time, salary exempt position. Salary: $1,280 per week.
Benefits:
SPTO: 1 hour for every 30 hours worked. Available after 90-days, 40-hours of accrued time is available annually
Paid Time Off: Available after 1 year
Insurance : Basic Medical/Dental/Vision/Life (employer paid for employee) - Available after 90-days.
Eligibility for Self-Funded Quarterly Bonus Program - Available after 90-days.
Eligibility for employer match 401(k) plan - Available after 1 year
Requirements:
Strong management/leadership skills, required
Ensuring health and safety compliance.
Excellent organizational skills required.
Excellent communication skills required.
Advance computer skills, including excellent abilities on Microsoft products, such as Excel.
Ability to work in a team is required.
Experience in home health is preferred.
Office management experience is required.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year supervising a team and 1 years office experience
Excellent skills using Excel and computer literate
Ability to communicate professionally to common inquiries from nurses, staff or patients, or pharmacies
Ability to handle difficult conversations regarding performance
Excellent problem-solving skills
Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare office regulations
Great organization, planning, and creative thinking skills required
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple, detail-orientated tasks, simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
Coordinate performance evaluations with the field staff and office
Valid driver’s license; valid state required proof of auto insurance
Pass drug test and background check
