National Account Manager

The ideal candidate excels at managing their sales funnel from identifying to closing prospects. You will also be responsible for determining long-term sales strategy and act as the primary contact for clients, customer adoption, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, work closely with big box retailers, like Walmart, Sam’s Club, Target, The Home Depot, Lowe’s etc.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue
- Conduct warm calling to generate new business leads
- Analyze client needs and provide customized solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM/NAV tools to track and manage account activities
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5 years of experience
