This position reports to the property manager. Primary responsibilities include:Greeting prospective residents and giving tours while determining housing needs, preferences, and close leadsAssisting new residents with leasing paperwork, including applications, lease agreements, and employment/credit checksCollecting security deposits, rent, and any other charges associated with resident move-insCommunicating all lease and community policies to new and current residentsFollowing up with all leads and prospects that did not leaseEnsuring apartments are move-in ready by inspecting, and adding last-minute touches when appropriateSeeking out new residents with creative marketing techniquesManaging the lease renewal process and retention effortsPromptly responding to calls, emails, and inquiriesIdeal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments and have experience in customer service, sales, leasing, real estate, hospitality, or retail.
