They oversee a team of 4+ direct reports and are well-respected, trusted, and adept at rallying them toward shared and individual goals. They take an active role in coaching their team, including mentoring, role-playing, feedback, and skill development. They handle complex client accounts with high-quality execution, strategic thinking, and timely communication. The Paid Social Associate Director positions themself as an industry leader by proactively driving client growth, innovating new channel strategies, and continuously improving the skills of the team they oversee.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for the management of a pod of team membersEffectively manage bandwidth, sentiment, and utilization of team members within the podOversee the development of team members to build skills, address weaknesses via coaching, and facilitate progression in their career goalsLead and facilitate a positive team member experience, acting as a champion for the team and motivating a great team culture within the podOversee the delivery of a great product for clients in your podProactively craft and execute solutions to facilitate an effective working dynamic within a pod, creating synergies among teamEnsure delivery of top-tier product for their book of business by their team membersResponsible for the development of team member marketing skills and elevation of strategic capabilitiesManage your book of business and monitor the status of accounts performance, sentiment, and standing to retain and grow clientsEmploy AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processesUtilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your departmentServe as a key leader on designated accountsAct as a point of escalation for team members as it pertains to strategy and account performance to coach, diagnose, and facilitate solutionsServe as a key strategic leader for marquee accounts formally as an Account Director and/or informally as a key strategic resource for the teamDemonstrate top-tier performance marketing and business acumenRole Requirements:Legally able to work in U.S. without visa sponsorship3+ years of experience in performance media buying, ideally in a digital or media agency (inclusive of 1.5+ years of experience in performance media buying on Meta)2+ years of E-commerce experienceManagement experience requiredStrong Excel and data analysis skillsExperience with Google Analytics, Shopify, and other technical platformsAbility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlinesExcellent communication skills required and ability to ask clarifying questionsStrong enthusiasm, passion, creativity and commitment to paid social and client workEntrepreneurial spirit with passion for knowledge and personal growthKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):Performance and retention of clients in podUnforecasted churn under 10% of managed revenue annually for pod100% Net Revenue RetentionTeam member bandwidth, sentiment & performance95% team retention rate and positive sentiment in 15Five (4+)Active team collaboration with department and company initiativesTeam hitting or surpassing client performance goals on 100% of designated accounts or; Planned strategy and established goals on 100% of managed clientsMost Important Things (MITs):Management of pod (3+ team members)Ensure delivery of a great product to clientsKey leader on designated accountsPower Digital's people and culture are at the core of our success, which is why diversity in our team's backgrounds and experiences are paramount.
