Senior Manager Of Business Development FinanceThe Senior Manager of Business Development Finance will report to the Director of Business Development Finance and serve as a key support role in the economic and structural assessments of in-licensing, collaboration, and M&A opportunities.Candidates must have a proven background of analytical excellence, a strong work ethic, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and within a cross-functional team.What You'll DoDevelop comprehensive financial models and analyses to evaluate business opportunities, which will include building new models from scratchCollect and analyze inputs from Corporate Strategy, R&D, PO&T (Manufacturing), Accounting and other functionsFoster an environment of high collaboration with business constituentsAssist with due diligence activities in support of various business development initiativesIdentify and analyze risk and opportunity considerations and potential impact on valuation and returnsPerform frequent and complex ad hoc analytical assignmentsAssist in the preparation of memos and presentations for senior leadership reviewWho You AreYou are a detail-oriented professional who excels at balancing precision with the bigger picture. Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
