Overview

The Supply Chain Manager acts as subject matter expert for Logistics, Warehousing & Inventory Control. This in-office role communicates with our vendors, buying team and 3PL daily. Heavily involved in data and analytics, the Supply Chain Manager is responsible for order fulfillment and stock accuracy. They prepare reports and dashboards that provide at-a-glance visuals accurately summarizing operations activity, status, and performance while providing actionable insights.



Key Duties/ Responsibilities


-       Responsible for timely order fulfillment of all Ecommerce orders in Shopify.

-       Create weekly reporting from ERP/WMS/Shopify systems to translate critical information to stakeholders.

-       Liaises with our 3PL and buying team on the status of incoming POS

-       Responsible for daily stock accuracy in our ERP

-       Looks after breakdown of logistics flow between 3PL, ERP & Shopify.

-       Manages delivery of order split between our warehouse, store and head office.

-       Responsible for stock adjustments when necessary.

-       Coordinates all import, export, and domestic shipments.

-       Communicates with factories and international teams.

-       Communicates deliveries of collection to all stakeholders.

-       Works within vendor portals to manage incoming goods.

-       Forecasts deliveries

-       Manages RTVs



Skills/ Experience/ Knowledge

 

-       Expert at reporting and analytics. Can work large pools of data into digestible reports.

-       High level of Excel skill necessary; Pivot Tables, Vlookup, etc.. 

-       Working knowledge of inventory management, supply chain, and logistics

-       5 to 8 years of experience working with ERPs & WMS. 

-       Interest in data analysis and forecasting tools, with the ability to uncover and drive actionable insights from data.

-       Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities and influence others in a matrixed environment.

-       Interpersonal skills and ability to build and improve trusting relationships at all levels of the organization.

-       Highly skilled at presenting data driven stories to a wide variety of audiences.

-       Experience in the Fashion or Luxury Goods Industry
