Our client, a Fortune 50 healthcare company, is looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager to join their Enterprise Engineering Services (EES) PMO. This team in particular aims to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery within their IT Command Center and IT Support initiatives through the establishment of standardized processes for efficient issue identification and escalation. This initiative includes improving communication channels to elevate the experience of members, business partners, and associates. The focus is on reducing Mean Time to Detect (MTTD) and Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR) by implementing continuous improvement and operational excellence practices.


Requirements:

· Proven track record as a Project Manager in a fast-paced enterprise environment, preferably within healthcare or IT services.

· Background in IT Support, software development, or related fields is advantageous.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

· Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

· Proven success managing vendor relationship, contracts, and negotiations.

· Proficiency in project management tools and software, including ADO, SharePoint, ServiceNow, MS Project, Excel, and Lucidspark.

· Familiarity of Agile methodologies.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

· Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.


Responsibilities:

· Drive project setup, execution, and closure phases under guidance from leadership and stakeholders.

· Facilitate project progress, adaptability, and stakeholder engagement.

· Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations to optimize service delivery and cost efficiency.

· Provide strategic direction and actionable insights for process improvements and changes within the IT Command Center.

· Collaborate with teams responsible for diagnosing issues and supporting outages, ensuring alignment with severity levels and incident response frameworks.

· Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, translating technical details into clear, actionable insights.

· Maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reports using tools such as ADO, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.

· Develop detailed project plans, schedules, etc. using tools like MS Project and Excel.

· Create process flow diagrams and collaborative workflows using Lucidspark to visualize and streamline project processes.
