Centurion Selection are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Executive to join a Multifamily Developer based in the South West of Florida. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing stick frame multifamily projects from conception to completion. As a key member of the project management team, the Project Executive will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards on multiple projects simultaneously.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all phases of stick frame multifamily projects, including pre-construction, construction, and closeout.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Foster a culture of safety and quality on all project sites.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, budget, and performance.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on stick frame multifamily projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Managing multiple project delivery teams
