  • REQUIRED - 3-10 years of IT/Business Process Experience in one or more of the following areas; Land & Accounting, Supply Chain, Production, Measurement & Field Data Capture, Commodity Marketing and/or Drilling & Completions.
  • REQUIRED - Proven business acumen in E&P, Upstream and Midstream and Marketing Operations.
  • REQUIRED - Business process / transformation experience working as a Project Manager.
  • Experience with Software Assessment, Selection and Implementation.
  • PMO - Process design from intake through reporting.
  • Data Governance and Data Management
  • Systems delivery, integration, support and advice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate on both a technical and business leadership level with a high degree of business acumen.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% - Local Houston clients and clients outside Houston.
