What You'll Do:
- Full Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality and scalable full-stack applications using Java and React, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- AWS Cloud Expertise: Apply your strong expertise in AWS cloud services to architect, deploy, and maintain cloud-based solutions, taking advantage of various AWS tools and services.

Job Requirements:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Java software development, with a strong focus on enterprise-level applications.
- Extensive experience in Full Stack Java development, including Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles, along with a deep understanding of front-end architecture and design patterns.
- Demonstrated expertise in Amazon Web Servies cloud, including but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudFormation.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers effectively.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, agile practices, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
- Previous experience in project management and the ability to manage numerous projects concurrently is a plus.
It's a plus if you have:
- Technical Leadership: Lead and guide a team of developers, providing technical direction, reviewing code, and driving best practices to ensure efficient and robust solutions.
- Mentorship: Act as a mentor to junior developers, assisting them in their growth and professional development by providing guidance, code reviews, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
