Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Estimator at Trisquare Fabrication LLC located in Salt Lake City, UT. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing project plans and specifications, preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates, and collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to determine project requirements and timelines. Additionally, you will review and evaluate proposals, negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, and maintain documentation of estimates and bids.


Qualifications

  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Proficient in interpreting blueprints and construction plans
  • Experience with estimating software and tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience as an Estimator in the construction industry is required
