This is a full-time, on-site position for an Estimator at Trisquare Fabrication LLC, based in Salt Lake City, UT. In this role, you will be tasked with:

  • Conducting thorough analyses of project blueprints and specifications.
  • Preparing precise and comprehensive cost estimates.
  • Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to clarify project requirements and timelines.
  • Reviewing and assessing proposals, and engaging in negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of estimates and bids.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints.
  • Experience with estimating software and relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Prior experience as an Estimator in the construction field is essential.
