Entry level position will learn the business under instruction Director of Sales and Business ManagersThis role will be a supporting part of, developing, building, and maintaining credible and long-term client relationships and retail partner relationships.Hybrid - must be local to Eden Prairie, MN 2-3 days/week in officeSalary: $45,000 - $55,000 based on experience, qualifications and skills.At C.A. we're not looking for perfection, just people that want to commit to us and grow their careers long-term. CarlinConvenience store focusResponsible for building relationships with key retail customersSales calls with customers (weekly, bi-weekly & monthly)Work with key retailers to build programming, secure new distribution, present client sales and marketing strategies and top initiatives.Coordination of retail appointments during client market visits.Store visits to assess program opportunities.Implement promotional programs with customers (signage, TPR, suggestive sell, fuels rewards, etc.)Works closely with retail contacts to ensure sales execution of plans.Creation and implementation of presentations.Communication with clients regarding key customers and retail chains.Administrative follow up to include, recap of sales call, client tracker updates, report successes/challengesParticipation in client customer & retail sales meetings.Participation in customer trade showsWorks closely with Director of Sales and Business Managers to assist in maintaining customer relationships and client programming at identified customers.Responsibilities to include preparing and assisting in presenting client objectives.
