Performs other related duties as assigned. Under the direction of leadership, implements Risk Management Program practices to avoid or reduce loss to the organization. Collaborates with the other departments to develop and assure implementation of patient safety and high reliability initiatives. Acts as a resource for department and all staff in addressing risk management issues. Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in patient care related field Experience: 3 years in direct patient care Preferred Certification: CPHRM CPPS Certification 2503033044
