Summary/Objective
The Operations Analyst will play a critical role in improving and optimizing operational processes within the organization. This position will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. The Operations Analyst will collaborate with various departments to collect data, transcribe data into a data or spreadsheet, to support and follow decision making and continuous improvement initiatives.

* Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within operational processes.

* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, HR, Engineering, and Operations, to ensure seamless operations and drive projects to successful completion.
* Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, providing regular updates and insights to management.
* Problem-Solving: Identify operational issues and develop effective solutions to address them, ensuring minimal disruption to business activities.
* Project Management: Lead and participate in various projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
* Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
* Other duties as assigned.

Competencies
 * Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or a related role.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
* Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
* Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Education
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Recent college grads will be considered
