Project Background:

  • Candidates efforts include, but not limited to, the development of innovate AI/ML pilots for business use cases, implementation of cloud computing solutions, expansion of business intelligence and data warehouse capabilities, and implementation of a modernized pension administration system to replace multiple legacy systems.
  • The candidate selected for this position will develop or choose appropriate AI/ML services, algorithms based on the business needs, train AI/ML models using internal datasets, turning hyperparameters to optimize performance, and assess model performance using various metrics and validation techniques to ensure accuracy and generalization.
  • The selected candidate will integrate AI/ML models into existing systems and workflows, ensuring security, compatibility, and efficiency, and deploy the AI solutions to Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and then production environments.


Minimum Technical Qualifications

  1. At least three (3) years of experience in design and development of AI/ML solutions, with a proven track record of delivering successful AI/ML projects.
  2. At least three (3) years of experience with design and implementation of IT solutions with cloud technologies, especially Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  3. At least five (5) years of experience with full stack technologies for AI/ML applications.


Desirable Technical Qualifications

  1. Five (5) years of experience of conveying complex technical concepts and ideas to non-technical stakeholders using written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Experience in leading AI/ML development teams and mentoring junior developers, data analysts, and data scientists.
  3. Professional Certifications in AI/ML from recognized institutions or publicly available educational platforms/programs.
  4. BA/BS Degree in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, or related technical discipline, or practical experience.
