Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Summary Individual supports the U.S Air Force and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract at Edwards Air Force Base, better known as J-Tech II. Integrits Corporation develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nations war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for todays missions and tomorrows global challenges. A Configuration Management Specialist II performs work that is varied and that may be difficult in specialty areas of configuration management or engineering data. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Analyze engineering change proposals. Monitor contractor, subcontractor, and vendors to ensure the applications of customer and industry standards and requirements for statement of work are properly implemented. Design, develop, and establish CM documentation based on program requirements. Participate in design reviews, audits, scheduling, budgeting, and related activities. Identify requirements and coordinate development and implementation of computer-based configuration, data management systems, and electronic data support. May perform other job-related duties as required. Exercises discretion and independent judgement in representing and/or resolving matters of significance on behalf of the customer. Individual reports to an exempt onsite manager responsible for the CM operations. Work is completed onsite and is primarily sedentary in an office environment with frequent use of a computer. There is occasional lifting (up to 50 pounds), constant sitting and use of a computer terminal as well constant use of sight abilities while writing, reviewing, and editing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, and constant mental alertness. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in business administration or related field, or a combination of formal training and 3 years of directly related CM experience. The candidate must possess good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and within structured guidelines. Must possess verbal and written communication skills sufficient to permit interaction with other employees as well as taking work directions from Senior CM Specialist or Supervisors. Good planning and organizational skills Requires limited to no supervision. Individual must have a sound working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office applications, e.g., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. Ability to obtain CompTIA Security + Certification within 6 months of employment Must be able to successfully pass the required drug test. Ability to obtain a Security Clearance within 6 months of employment.
