Job Duties 

  • Define and document all CIs, including software and hardware within the project
  • Compile comprehensive data into approval packages and present to the TRB and CCB
  • Communicate a clear understanding of functional or cybersecurity changes, assist in risk and impact assessments, interoperability (and redundancy) between licenses and the cloud environment, and options available for execution
  • Submit and track resulting change requests through approvals and implementation process
  • Recommend process efficiencies and assist in knowledge sharing across all entities
  • Provide the Government with monthly configuration lists

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in configuration management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with government agencies and adhering to Government configuration plans
  • Relevant Associate or Bachelor's Degree or, supporting certifications and relevant job or military experience of 4 years in lieu of degree
  • Must hold an active DoD Top Secret Security clearance

Desired

  • Strong understanding of configuration management principles, including CM plans, Cis, and change management
  • Experience working in a cloud environment, preferably AWS GovCloud
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher (Sec+, CISSP, CASP, etc.) or DoD 8140 equivalent
