MITs will complete a comprehensive training program to prepare for a position on our Management Team.Bonus Program based on store performance. Additionally, earn uncapped commission up to 15% of your total sales based on performance.ResponsibilitiesManaging all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retentionMeeting team and individual sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthlyConsulting customers in a professional, upbeat mannerProactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customersIncreasing customer traffic through local store marketingMaintaining up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accountsMaintaining a clean and organized salonCash handling, opening/closing businessDaily administrative paperwork, and goal trackingQualificationsHigh school diploma, or equivalentProven customer service experienceTwo or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experienceOne or more years of face-to-face sales experienceReliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekendsFriendly competitive drive to meet sales goalsPolished professional appearanceExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAttention to detail and organizationAbility to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per dayFull time positions offer a benefits package that includes medical coverage, paid time off, product discounts, and free tanning services.North Central Tan, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
