Join the Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program, an exciting entry-level opportunity designed to quickly prepare you for a Store Management role. Our promote-from-within philosophy guarantees a path to growth, allowing you to advance to an Assistant Store Manager position following the successful completion of a comprehensive 8-week training program.

This role requires a commitment of 44 hours per week, with potential evenings and weekends. You will work closely with store management to oversee a million-dollar business, gaining essential leadership skills and insights necessary for your success. You'll learn all aspects of store operations, client interactions, and internal strategy, positioning you as a key player in our team.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship.
  • A valid, unrestricted Driver's License is necessary.
  • A bachelor's degree is required by the start of the program.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One (1) year experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
  • Previous leadership roles supervising others.
  • Experience in team-oriented environments, including extracurricular, military, or work settings.
  • Prior experience selling paint or related products.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or timekeeping software.
  • Willingness to relocate for career advancement.
  • Ability to communicate in more than one language, especially Spanish, is a plus.
