Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Paramedic to join our Emergency Department team at Presbyterian Healthcare Services. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and communities.

In this role, you will perform advanced patient care within the State-approved scope of practice in the emergency department setting. You will receive emergency medical telephone calls and provide emergency care to injured or ill patients, utilizing your expertise to deliver high-quality patient outcomes. Responsibilities

• Provide advanced patient care within the State-approved scope of practice in the emergency department setting
• Receive emergency medical telephone calls and respond accordingly
• Administer medication, perform procedures, and utilize equipment as necessary to provide emergency care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient encounters

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing or related field required
• Registered Nurse-NM licensure or Compact State Nursing License required
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment required

Salary Information

This position offers a competitive salary of up to $25.20 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we offer opportunities for career growth and development, tuition reimbursement, and more.
