The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in processing payroll, managing leave of absence (LOA) and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) procedures, and adept at navigating the complexities of HR regulations.

In addition to ensuring compliance, this role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, including but not limited to training and development initiatives, crafting organizational charts, implementing performance management systems, and providing invaluable coaching to managers. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual Human Resource Director. The Human Resource Director will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR tasks and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor and employment law. The role includes employee relations, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment. The Human Resource Director will collaborate with supervisors, managers, and other HR professionals to provide timely and effective HR support.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification is a plus
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles, practices, and processes
  • Experience implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Experience in performance management and conducting employee evaluations
  • Thorough understanding of labor and employment law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong Integrity required
  • Payroll experience is preferred
  • Manufacturing experience is highly desired
