A minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in Accounting, Business Law, Business Communications, Economics, or Finance. Experience in the subject area is preferred Professional certification or significant current experience may be acceptable in some cases. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. The ability to work effectively with students, faculty, staff, and diverse populations. Normal Work Schedule Ability to teach weekdays and/or evenings Online classes - must be available for virtual office hours In-person classes - must be available to teach weekdays and/or evenings Department Required Skills Master's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university. A minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in Accounting, Business Law, Business Communications, Economics, or Finance. Successful candidates must adhere to the mission of the University and College. Must have strong communication and instructional skills. Must be able to deliver course content aligned with institutional standards. Must be able to effectively teach assigned classes, grade assignments, provide timely student feedback, and post grades adhering to university deadlines and policies. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. The ability to work effectively with students, faculty, staff, and diverse populations. Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education Master's degree in the field for undergraduate teaching. Recent college-level teaching experience. Practical experience in a business setting. Suitably challenge, engage, serve, and communicate with students to encourage their participation and learning while maintaining mutual value and respect. Complete grade books, mid-term and final grade submission, learning assessments, and final exam assessments on a timely basis. Respond to student questions on a timely basis. Ensure course and program learning outcomes are delivered as defined by the syllabus.
