This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that's constantly evolving.Main responsibilities:Teach and train teams to implement merchandising and sales plans effectively.Assist retail teams with production, handling, and packaging procedures to maintain product quality and freshness.Organize stocking, display building, backroom standards, and sales floor standards.Implement in-store coding policies to ensure customer satisfaction.Champion training and compliance with the auto-replenishing tool for accurate ordering.Support retail departments in presentation, cleanliness, labor, gross profit reporting, training, and safety to reduce shrink and increase sales.Plan transitions or display resets to minimize sales loss and customer inconvenience.Identify associates with promotion potential and foster an environment of empowered learning.Utilize inventory tools for preparation and tracking to achieve projections.We are looking for candidates who possess the following:Soft Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Customer service awareness.Problem-solving and quick decision-making skills.Competencies:Leadership and retail management experience.Ability to train and develop teams.Organizational and planning skills.Compliance and process adherence.Knowledge:Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Understanding of merchandising, inventory management, and operational plans.Abilities:Ability to teach, train, and motivate teams.Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain standards.Ability to identify and solve operational issues quickly.Travel Requirements:Position covers parts of the Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and Colorado markets; some travel within the district is implied.We also provide a variety of benefits including:Competitive wages paid weeklyAssociate discountsHealth and financial well-being benefits for eligible associates (Medical, Dental, 401k and more)Time off (vacation, holidays, sick pay).
