Fully in our communities and expect the same from our internsWhat is our Client Service Internship?Our Client Service Interns rotate through our Brokerage Services teams throughout the summer to broaden their perspective of Holmes Murphy and the insurance industry (where available based on geography).Our Client Service Team focuses on client retention and satisfaction. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Assisting in managing existing client relationshipsHandling day-to-day service needsAssisting in ensuring clients receive timely and accurate informationAssisting the sales and services teams with marketing of new and renewal business to include gathering needed informationAssisting the sales and service teams with preparation & creation of materials for presentationsAttending client meetingsAssisting in supporting the sales team by delivering on agreements made during the sales processAdditional duties as assignedWho are we looking for?We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and curious individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to our team.
